Several times a year, we invite congressional staff to screen a thought-provoking film over dinner, followed by a discussion of related public policy issues addressed in that film. Past screenings include The Black Panther, with discussions about race, immigration, and theology, as well as Gattaca, followed by lively conversations about bioethics and scientific advancement. A pizza dinner is provided.

F&L is unique because of the overarching community in DC that undergirds it. The sense of community, family, and partnership is tangible. It’s apparent people are living out their dream, by chronicling a Biblical narrative in the midst of our Nation’s Capital.
