You are invited to an informal lunch conversation with fellow Chiefs of Staff on a critical issue for Congress and our country: the ever-rising level of political polarization, which is affecting every community and institution from families to Congress. The conversation is sponsored by Braver Angels, a national nonprofit that is working to bridge the partisan divide and restore the fraying social fabric. We will explore together the many sources of polarization (with no finger pointing!) and generate ways that each of us can take steps to counteract it. The facilitator will be Bill Doherty, Ph.D., a marriage therapist, University professor, and co-founder of Braver Angels.
